What you get

Your ERA Readiness Score

Here is what the results page looks like.

42

/ 100

Moderate risk
Statutory sick pay — still using the 3-day waiting period
Zero-hours tracking — no system to trigger Guaranteed Hours Offers
Employment contracts — not updated since April 2026
Fair Work Agency — you know what they can do
Absence records — digital system in place
Your free report covers each gap with a specific action and the documents you need to fix it.

Why now

Three waves of changes. The first is already live.

ERA 2025 does not land all at once. Each wave brings new obligations and new enforcement risk.

Live now

April 2026 — Day-one rights

SSP from day one. Day-one paternity leave. Doubled redundancy penalties. Fair Work Agency operational with on-site inspection powers and retrospective reach to December 2025.

Oct 2026

October 2026 — Zero-hours reforms

Guaranteed Hours Offer rules. Third-party harassment protections. Fire and rehire restrictions. Businesses must have hour-tracking systems in place before this hits.

Jan 2027

January 2027 — Unfair dismissal

Qualifying period drops from 2 years to 6 months. Any employee hired from July 2026 onwards is affected. Probation processes need updating now, before you start hiring.

Common questions

What people ask us

Is this actually free?

Yes. The health check and the PDF report are completely free. No credit card. No trial. No catch. We are building a paid tool and this is how we are finding early customers.

Does ERA 2025 apply to my business?

If you employ anyone in the UK — even one person — ERA 2025 applies to you. The check is most relevant if you have shift workers, zero-hours workers, or a team of 5 or more.

Is this legal advice?

No. This is a guidance tool based on publicly available ERA 2025 information. It helps you identify gaps. For specific legal advice, speak to an employment solicitor.

What happens after I submit my email?

You get the PDF report within 2 minutes. One follow-up about the October 2026 wave if you opted in. That is it. We do not spam.
